RIENDS Nel's not exactly a conversationalist, in the way that when she tries to talk to strangers, the talk dies within a few minutes and she's left staring at them awkwardly. But technically it's not too too hard to be friends with her, as long as you stick around long enough for her to get used to being around you. Then you have to put up with her horror obsession and how she finds amusement in scaring people (aka sneaking up on them and saying boo for the most part). Oh and dry humor, that's her favorite kind of humor. Though, even better if you can find a common interest (namely drawing, video games, or of course horror) Nel'll probably warm up to you much faster.Nel happens to prefer a small amount of close friends too, so she's more likely to run into a lot of acquaintances than full blown friends. But she needs those too so- yeah.

OVES Nel is an awkward turtle in general. If someone likes her or vice versa, it'll be even worse. Chances are she'd be one to avoid someone if she had feelings for them, and she'd likely embarrass herself trying to do anything by making up the most ridiculous excuses as to why she can't be around them (like that her cat died even though she doesn't have one and the fact doesn't even justify her actions). But yeah, if this ever happened it's likely that it'd be a friend rather than an acquaintance or stranger, pre-established bonds and whatnot. F
OES Nel doesn't mind running away from things she doesn't like, literally and figuratively. Facing things isn't her forte, and she's sure to upset people by this. And there's also the fact she's not a talker and stays out of the way more often than not, and she'd probably accidentally ignore someone or maybe her lack of social skills in general gets aggravating. She's competitive with video games amongst other things as well, so she does like gloating that she won. Or she'd act like a sore loser if she lost.
