So I've read this book, Dash and Lily's Book of Dares at least three times, and I usually like to re-read it around Christmas time because that is when this book is more or less set. Thinking back to this book today, it gave me an idea for a plot I'd like to try. I've played around with ideas of two different strangers coming together and falling in love before, like with a blogger that meets one of her fans after corresponding online for years and years, things like that. But here I propose something completely different.
This plot will require from you either the boy or the girl. You may choose which one you'd like to create, and I can make the other; I don't really have a preference. Their histories and personalities and all that is very open and the more different these two are from each other the better.
So here's around the lines of what I'm thinking:
Whether it is the boy or girl that is the originator of this red moleskine plot can be decided later. But one of these two will write out a series of clues in this book and leave it somewhere, like a bookstore, maybe of the chain variety in the mall to make things interesting, and the other will come across it in the section that they most frequent in the store. Their curiosity is intrigued as they continue to find clues around the store that bring them to uncover another message, and from there, much like in the book, the person with the book decides to flip the game around and leaves some clues for the creator so that they may get to play along as well, but on their terms.
It's sort of like a city-wide scavenger hunt, and it creates many possibilities! Now I don't want to rip off the premise of this story too much, so I think that this intro is as close to the actual story as we will get, and this is just to give you a basic idea. I'd like to put together an extended and very exciting plot with this basic idea in mind, and this is open to be added to and modified quite a bit; I'm very flexible.
I'd like whoever decides to take this to be somebody that is fairly active, and who can keep up with me regarding post length. If you're the least bit interested, post below and we can start a dialogue - let me know what you think! (:

so I really want to make nina, just because she is pretty much my trademark charrie. I think its a really cute plot plus I love nian anyhoo I would be quite interested. I can pretty much write equivalent of what is done for me, I haven't done long posts for a while but I know it wouldn't be an issue. I have done like, 3,000 words before XD
