hair & eye color:
dark brown hair and green eyes. his hair is a dark brunette, sometimes taking on an auburn hue, that falls to the nape of his neck in the back. the sides fall just past his ears and his bangs hang just above his eyes, usually swept to the side. it's really soft so he usually only combs through it with his fingers, but he does take a brush to it from time to time. his dark green eyes often tell everything, even when he'd rather they not. so, for him, they really are something of a window to the soul.
height:
five foot ten inches tall. he stands at a pretty good height, especially for his age. he's not short by a long shot but he's also not too tall.
weight:
one hundred forty-five pounds. he's very lean, has no body fat, and works out on a regular basis. that is to say, he runs on a regular basis. he does work his arms as well though, just not as often. all the same, he's in very good shape.
tattoos & piercings:
he has no ink on his body. period. jewelry is another matter. he wears necklaces and bracelets, has his ears and tongue pierced, and has a variety of rings. one necklace that he never takes off is a simple silver chain, the bracelet that matches it can always be found on his left wrist. his tongue ring tends to be a barbell of varying styles and colors, while his earrings simple studs or small hoops.

Dislikes:
bananas, vanilla, most sodas, tea, football, water, snakes, spiders, the color purple, being bored, being completely alone, especially rude people, complete jerks, utter showoffs, abuse of any kind.
Traits:
athletic, intelligent, observant, perceptive, wealthy, confident, ambitious, dedicated, protective, charismatic, polite, creative, flirtatious, stubborn, sarcastic, impatient, secretive, spendthrift, slightly sadistic, competitive, a bit masochisit, a little childish.
Overview:
like many things, his personality traits can be taken with a grain of salt. not everyone will find his flirtatiousness a negative trait, nor will everyone find his intelligence positive. it all depends on one's perspective, really. how others view him doesn't really matter to him much, though. well... depending on the person.
he's bisexual, though he finds males more attractive than females. it's not something he talks about, but it is something he shows off. you wont' see him flirting with a girl just because he doesn't want you to know he's into guys. hell, he'll flirt with a guy to show he's gay before he'd flirt with a girl. because he isn't shy about his sexuality. it's just not something he walks up and tells to people.
he's good at a lot of things, when he puts his mind to them, but his real talent lies in playing the piano and remembering things. the piano is his favorite talent. he thoroughly enjoys playing it, whether for himself alone or for others to hear. he can play by ear and has been doing so since he was only five years old. his ability to play has pretty much reached it's peak, able to play even the most difficult pieces without peering at the sheet music.
but his eidetic memory is the biggest skill he has. he remembers everything without fail, whether it was something he saw or heard. this would be the reason behind his high scores in school. he doesn't usually show off, though he can get a bit in your face about how much smarter he is than you if you really push his buttons. but that's only if you really tick him off. generally, he just keeps his brains to himself and makes others think for themselves.
his ability when it comes to sports could be called a talent as well. he's been playing soccer since he was eight, so by now he's pretty good. he's also big on running. he runs every morning, no matter what. that often means getting up extra early, but he thinks it's worth it.
he's fluent in five languages; english (his native tongue), japanese (he's something of an otaku), french (it's the language of love, after all), italian, and russian.
he could be called a seke, if one were to get very technical. mostly, though, he's a seme. more of a romantic one than anything, though he can be a sadistic one as well. if the situation fits, he can swap into a badass uke, though that's very rare.
and he suffers from mild-sever hydrophobia. showers and the like are perfectly fine, but put him near larger bodies of water and he's no longer calm and collected. the severity of his reaction depends on the size, of course. the larger the body off water, the worse off he is. pools result in milder hyperventilating, maybe some goosebumps. oceans would cause him to hyperventilate to a point where it would take hours, if not days, to calm back down completely.

Overview:
he's always had everything handed to him; never really wanted for anything. except maybe some attention from his parents. a businessman for a father and a fashion designer for a mother meant there was always plenty of money around. and let's not forget all of the custom made clothes. but neither of his parents were at home very much.
he has two brothers that are twins, eight years younger than himself. he dotes on them just as much as their parents do, if not more. he adores them.
even now, he still has all of his parents' money at his disposal. he doesn't waste it or anything like that, but he does spend more than he probably should on useless things. he'll buy things that he doesn't really need. things that he only uses once or twice before packing it up or throwing it away. mostly, he does it thinking it'll gain some attention. it doesn't.
he's been playing the piano since he was five. ever since his brothers were born, he's played the piano for them. he loved playing lullabies for his brothers as they were growing up. still does if they ever need or want him to. and playing the piano was one thing he did that his parents actually gave him a little attention for.
father : jayden anderson, forty-seven, businessman - ceo of an it company - he has a strained relationship with his children, especially alex. he wants only for his oldest son to take over the business someday and constantly pushes for alex to work towards doing so. he feels that being a waiter is a complete waist of his son's time.
mother : alexis anderson [nee james], forty-one, fashion designer - she wants her son to do what he loves but she also wants him to have a back-up plan. she tries to get him interested in modeling or acting because it's such a large business, but she's not forceful about it. she often designs clothes for her children, though she always too busy to spend time with them.
sibling a : joshua anderson, thirteen, student - the older of the twins, he's a quiet and 'by-the-book' kind of guy who tends to do things according to standard. he's quite the serious person who doesn't take the time to do extracurricular activities. he hates cats and doesn't believe in unrealistic things like time traveling. he can be very sweet and affectionate though, once you get to know him well. he's very close to both of his brothers; loving to listen to alex play the piano and always a protector for glenn.
sibling b : glenn anderson, thirteen, student - the younger of the twins, he doesn't like to appear weak or immature. he hates to admit it, but he loves sweets. he likes to take naps and gets embarrassed pretty easily. he's really sweet, though he sometimes says harsh things in an attempt to seem less childish. he's actually rather dependent on his brothers, though he tries his best to do things on his own. he looks up to joshua and alex both, secretly hoping to be as strong as they are.

Roleplay Sample:
His steps faltered slightly, his eyes widening a bit in surprise. he hadn't expected the younger boy to play along with his teasing, not at all, and it threw him off a bit. it was the addition of honeybun that decided what he'd do for him; continue to play along. "then consider it a date, amoureux." he practically purred the words, the french affection slipping from his tongue without even a thought that the bluenette wouldn't have a clue as to it's meaning. french wasn't the most popular language of choice, after all.
still, he didn't bother explaining, he could do that if he was asked or prompted.
following his companion to the little ramen restaurant, he noted that he'd never been to it before. while he liked sushi, he never bothered with the sushi area of the district. he tended to stick with traditional restaurants that served it, rather than venturing further down the road. perhaps he'd explore a bit more often now though, seeing as he seemed to of been missing out on the best ramen in the area.
it really could have been a date, though he was aware that it wasn't one at all. but perhaps that was why he'd chosen something like ramen? it wouldn't look much like a date to anyone; dates didn't typically consist of going to a ramen bar. had they gone into any real restaurant, they might have garnered a bit of attention. though, he figured now that that could have been rather entertaining. tasuku took a seat at the bar, next to ryu, and gave the menu a quick once over.
but then he remembered their little game and set his gaze on the bluenette again. "won't you order for me, chéri? you know this place best, after all." he sat his chin in his palm, elbow settled securely on the counter top, and turned himself to face his new friend. the smile on his face seemed only natural for a boy in love but his eyes showed all of the excitement he felt at the teasing. he wasn't going to lose this little game of theirs, no matter how long or far it had to go on.
