He spent years listening to her gush about the boys that she crushed on, years comforting her whenever she had her heart broken, and years wishing that he could just tell her his feelings. Victor tried his best to keep in touch with his best friend after the move by sending emails, text messages, phone calls, and even snail-mail but after a few months the letters and emails slowly began to wither until they stopped altogether. He still thinks about her though, every chance he gets, and wonders if she even still remembers him.
